1. Who is responsible for your data
For data about website visitors, people who contact us, and our clients' account and billing contacts, Big Market 360 Private Limiteddecides why and how the data is used (we are the "Data Fiduciary").
For data that our clients send or receive through the Services, such as their customers' phone numbers and WhatsApp messages, or conversations with a client's AI bot, the client is responsible for that data and we process it only on the client's instructions (we act as a "Data Processor"). If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business first about your data; we will help them respond.

WhatsApp Business API service
When you connect your business to WhatsApp through our Meta Embedded Signup flow, we receive from Meta, with your permission:
- Your Meta Business portfolio ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display name and phone number, and an access token that lets us act on your behalf. We never see or store your Facebook password.
- Message templates, their approval status and quality ratings.
- Messages sent and received on your WhatsApp business number, including text, media, the sender's and recipient's phone numbers and WhatsApp profile names, and delivery and read statuses.

AI Bots service
- Content you give us to train your bot: website pages, documents, FAQs, product and policy information.
- Conversations between your bot and its users, and any details users type in, such as name, phone number, email or booking details.
- Calls and messages your bot handles with your customers on phone, WhatsApp, email or other channels: phone numbers, email addresses, messages, call details, and call recordings or transcripts where you turn them on.
- Data from the apps you connect to your bot (for example your email, calendar, online store or customer list), and the sign-in permission for each connection. We use it only to do the jobs you set, with the access you approve. You can disconnect any app at any time.
3. How we use data
- To reply to enquiries and give quotes.
- To set up, provide, support and improve the Services for our clients, including sending and receiving WhatsApp messages and running AI bots on their behalf.
- To bill clients, keep accounts and meet tax and legal obligations.
- To keep the Services secure, prevent spam, fraud and misuse, and enforce our Terms and WhatsApp's policies.
- To send service notices to clients. We send marketing messages only with consent, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use data received from Meta, or our clients' messages and bot conversations, for advertising, to build profiles of individuals, or to train AI models for anyone other than the client it belongs to.
4. Who we share data with
- Meta Platforms and WhatsApp, to deliver WhatsApp messages and manage your WhatsApp Business Account. Meta's own use of data is governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's privacy policies.
- Telephone, email and messaging providers that carry your bot's calls and messages, including Meta for WhatsApp.
- The apps you connect to your bot, which receive the data needed to do the jobs you set, such as a new booking or a customer record.
- AI model providers that process bot conversations and content to generate answers, under business terms that do not allow them to train their models on that data. We list current providers on request.
- Service providers who help us run the business: cloud hosting, email delivery, payment gateway, accounting and customer support tools, each bound to protect the data.
- The client whose service you interacted with, for data processed on their behalf.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, clients or the public.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is merged or sold, under the same protections as this policy.
