How are messages charged?
Meta charges for messages you start. Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free. Meta bills your own account. Our fee is separate, in rupees plus GST.
Do customers need to agree first?
Yes. WhatsApp needs their OK before you message them. We help you collect it on your website, forms and in store.
Who owns the number?
You do. If you leave Awtiz, you keep your number and account.
